Cancellation & Modification Policy

At OwlGlade™, we begin processing your order shortly after it is placed to ensure timely delivery. Because of this, we kindly ask that all cancellation or modification requests be submitted as soon as possible.

Order Cancellation

If you wish to cancel your order, please contact us within 12 hours of purchase. Once an order has been processed or shipped, it cannot be canceled.

Order Modifications

You may request changes to your shipping address or product selection within 12 hours of placing the order. Please email cs@owlglade.com or call +1 505-570-4602 with your order number and requested changes.

After 12 Hours

If more than 12 hours have passed since your order, it may already be in the processing or shipping phase and cannot be changed or canceled. However, you may still be eligible to initiate a return after delivery (see our Return Policy).
