At OwlGlade™, we want you to love your handcrafted decor. If you're not satisfied with your purchase, we're here to help. Please review our return and refund policy below.

Return Eligibility

  • Returns must be initiated within 30 days of delivery.
  • Items must be unused, in original condition, and in the original packaging.
  • Custom or made-to-order items are not eligible for return unless defective or damaged.

How to Request a Return

To request a return, please email us at cs@owlglade.com with your order number and reason for return. Our support team will guide you through the process and provide a return shipping label if applicable.

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. Approved refunds will be processed to your original payment method within 5–7 business days.

Damaged or Incorrect Items

If your item arrives damaged or incorrect, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos of the issue. We will offer a replacement or full refund at no cost to you.

  • Custom-sized or personalized items (unless defective)
  • Clearance or final sale items
